You can set this up in multiple ways! First is to use the admin email address and copies of all email receipts will go to any email(s) you wish. The second method is by downloading our apps and connecting to your site, push notifications will be sent automatically to all of your devices!
The easiest way is to send an order shipped email from your WordPress admin. You may also setup text notifications with customers, which will automatically text them when you switch the order status to shipped.
Packing slips can be printed individually or in bulk from your WordPress admin.
The fastest and easiest way would be to use Stamps.com or ShipStation, either of which can be connected to your WP EasyCart Premium.
Refunds can be made from the WordPress admin OR from your payment gateway directly. Update the order information to reflect refunds so that your customers know the status of their order automatically.
