Be sure to keep your premium features and renew your license.  Inactive licenses will revert back to the free edition, which means you will lose many of the great features we offer including live shipping, payment gateways, advanced options, access to premium extensions, phone and tablet apps, and more!  Your store will also revert to 2% application fees, so be sure to stay current on the software.

What else is included in Premium Renewal?

This purchase will extend your automatic upgrades for your Premium Edition EasyCart. It is critical to stay up to date for security patches and compatibility changes that are made through WordPress and EasyCart.  With upgrades, you also receive 12 months of support with our technical support ticketing system.  Just log into your wpeasycart.com account and submit tickets for an easy seamless experience.

Is this a subscription?

No, we do not automatically renew each year. Rather we will contact you each year in advance if you would like to renew and stay current. It is critical to stay up to date for security patches and compatibility changes that are made through WordPress and EasyCart.

Because we do not renew your support, you can choose to not renew at any time and simply let your support & upgrades expire.  Your EasyCart will expire and revert to the free edition for you.  You will lose major features that the Premium edition offers.

What if my support & upgrades expired, can I get help?

Not through support tickets and our quick staff. You can always use our self help methods of support online for FREE. But please note that it is critical to stay current on upgrades with security and compatability upgrades. We recommend you do not use EasyCart if you do not have active upgrades on the site.

You can always get help through our community forums, online documentation, or video library to help problem solve your way through any technical trouble you may encounter. IF you need to talk to a specialist about support though, you must have active support purchased.
